My favourite film this and last year was James Cameron's Avatar. It took the Avatar team about 15 years to do it. It's directed by James Cameron. The main character is Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) who plays the role of the brother of a famous scientist which is killed by a thief. Then, he has to go to Pandora, a very distant planet. His brother has to connect to an avatar, an artificial body designed to look as one of Pandora's creatures: the Na'vi, indigenous humanoids that are 4 meters tall and have blue skin. An avatar is designed to accept only one person's DNA, but Jake and his brother are twins and their genetics are identical. Now, Jake must help the humans to get the <<unobtanium>>, a very expensive metal that looks like iron. He learns the Na'vi habits, their language, and he chooses an ikran (banshee) so he can become an Omaticaya hunter. At the end, Jake leads the Na'vi people into a war against humans, because Colonel Quaritch destroys their home, the Mother Tree.
